Yes, this makes it easier to process your order and allows you to track your orders and refunds online. Your data remains strictly confidential and is never shared with third parties!

You can create your account by clicking on the "Login/Register" link at the top right of the homepage on your computer. Or in the menu on the left, under "My Account" on your mobile. The email address you provide when creating your account is the one to which we will send you information regarding the tracking of your order. You can also opt to log in via Facebook to create an account more quickly.

If you already have an account, you can click on "Login/Register" in the top right corner on your computer or via the "My Account" link in the left menu on your mobile. Then enter your email address and password. You can also choose to log in via Facebook.

If you have forgotten your password, click on "Login/Register" in the top right corner of your computer or in the left menu on mobile. Then click on "Forgotten password", enter the email address of your account, we will send you an email with a link to generate a new password.

Log in to your account, under "My Account" click on the "Information" link. You can then update your login details (email address and password) as well as your subscription to our newsletter.

Orders

Our products are cut and adjusted to fit as closely as possible to your size. In our first editions, we chose straight cuts that are close to the body but still comfortable. To find out which size to order, click on the size guide available on the product page. Then compare the measurements given with those of one of your garments. If you have questions about a particular product (measurements, care, etc.), write to us at contact@maisonstandards.com.

Once your order is confirmed, it is automatically sent to our logistics team to be prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. It is therefore no longer possible to modify or cancel it. You will, however, be able to return the items to us within 14 days for a refund (return shipping is free in mainland France).

Once payment for your order has been accepted, your order is automatically validated. An order confirmation email will then be sent to the email address on your account. You can also find your order in the "My Order History" section by logging into your account. I'm having a problem with my order, what can I do? Contact our customer service at contact@maisonstandards.com, who will respond as soon as possible.

Our philosophy is to produce our collections in limited editions. Some products may therefore sell out quickly, and we regularly release new products. By signing up for the desired product alert with one click, you will be informed by email when new products arrive and can be among the first to buy them.

Payment

You can pay for your order online by credit card: Carte Bleue, Mastercard, Visa, Bancontact, Maestro or by using your PayPal account.

Your bank account or PayPal will be debited when your order is validated.

Payment on Maisonstandards.com is completely secure. Your banking information is protected by our banking partner CIC, and we do not have access to it.

If you received a gift card or credit note by email, it includes a code to enter in the "coupon" field of your shopping cart. You will see the amount of your credit note deducted from your order total.

Delivery

If you place your order before 12 p.m., your order will be shipped the same day, otherwise it will be shipped the next business day (excluding commercial operation periods, in which case shipping times may be extended). Delivery in France to the Post Office or to a Pickup & Lockers Pickup Stationchez relay takes between 2 and 3 business days from the shipment of your order. Delivery in France by Colissimo takes place within 2 business days from the shipment of your order. You can also pick up your products in our stores using Click & Collect delivery. We will send you an email to notify you of the availability of your order (within 1 hour during opening hours on average).

We deliver to Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg by Colissimo within 3 working days. This is free for purchases over €100. Other European countries and Switzerland are delivered by Colissimo International within an average of 3 to 6 working days for between €7 and €20 depending on the destination. These times may vary depending on the destination. If you're not there, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox, allowing you to pick up your package the next day at your local post office. You can also consider having it delivered to your workplace by changing the shipping address when you next place your order. Or opt for delivery directly to your local post office or retailer.

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a link that will allow you to track the progress of your package in real time. This link is active 24 hours after receiving this email. You can also track your package by logging into your account, in the "History and details of my orders" section.

If you encounter any problems with the delivery of your order, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service within 30 days of confirming your order at contact@maisonstandards.com.

If you are unable to receive your order on time, the package will automatically be returned to us by the postal service. Upon receipt, we will contact you to discuss your wishes. Whether you would like a refund or arrange for a new shipment to the address of your choice.

Returns

Any item purchased online can be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the package. Return shipping costs are covered by Maison Standards in mainland France, Germany, and Benelux. If you would like to return a product, please reach out to us through the contact form, and we’ll be happy to help. If the size of the item received does not suit you, write to our customer service at contact@maisonstandards.com specifying the desired size and your delivery address (excluding post offices and relay points). Standard delivery of your new item is free. The exchange will be made after receipt of your return and subject to the product's availability at the time your return is processed.

It's possible. To do this, bring your item (new, unworn, and with its packaging) to the Maison Standards store of your choice. Our on-site teams will be able to help you process your return or arrange an exchange.

We will issue a credit note or refund for returned items after receiving and verifying your return package. It takes our logistics team several days to process and record returns delivered to our warehouse. We process and refund returns within an average of 7 business days from the receipt of your package. You can track the delivery of your return using the package tracking number on your proof of deposit. You will be notified by email as soon as we have processed your refund. If you return an order paid for with a credit note or gift card, a new credit note will be sent to you by email.
