Management

• Lead your team with the aim of developing the turnover of your point of sale, while ensuring the well-being of your staff;
• Develop the skills of your team by adopting participatory management and setting clearly identified objectives;
• Implement training for new entrants on both the company's processes and its values;
• Monitor and ensure that all processes are respected;
• Organize and monitor team schedules. Know how to put the needs of your staff before your own;
• Know how to be exemplary and lead your team towards the expected results;
• Monitor cash closures and compliance with bank deposit procedures;
• Carry out rotating inventories and implement the necessary procedures in the event of a discrepancy.

Sale

• Develop the turnover of your point of sale based on KPIs;
• Understand and analyze your customers well, in order to be able to suggest actions to implement to attract more traffic;
• Ensure compliance with impeccable customer service and all actions that will contribute to high-end service;
• Master the supply and optimization of the stock level of your point of sale to maximize the success of your challenge;
• Monitor merchandising and the proper implementation of operations decided by headquarters;
• Carry out, control and monitor receptions and returns.

You have experience as an Assistant and have worked in a point of sale in the ready-to-wear sector for more than 3 years.
You are aware of your areas for improvement, as well as your potential to progress towards a store manager position.
A salesperson at heart, you know how to pass on this passion to your future team.
Working 2 Sundays a month is not a hindrance.
Smiling and enthusiastic, you have an excellent presentation.
