General Conditions of the Standard House Loyalty Program

1. Purpose of the Loyalty Program

The Maison Standards loyalty program aims to reward our loyal customers by allowing them to accumulate points with each purchase, which can then be converted into discounts.

2. Operation of the Program

The loyalty program allows you to accumulate points based on your purchases, whether your purchases are made in-store or on our website.

• 1 € spent = 1 loyalty point
  For every euro spent on eligible products at Maison Standards, the customer receives 1 loyalty point.
• Accumulation of points
  Points are credited to your loyalty account within 24 hours of payment validation and are valid for 12 months.
  If items are returned in-store or on the website, the purchase value of the returned items will be deducted from your points accumulation.

Reward levels :

• 500 points → 5% discount ( Smart Status)
• 1000 points → 10% discount ( Advanced Status)
• 1500 points → 15% discount ( Premium Status)

3. Use of Discounts

Your status and the resulting discount percentage are valid both in our stores and on our website .

• In store, simply provide your contact details (name or email) or present your virtual loyalty card (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet) when you check out.
• On the internet, you simply need to identify yourself (email and password) so that the reduction linked to your status is applied to your basket.
• Discounts cannot be combined with each other or with other current promotions.
• The reduction applies only to eligible products and excluding additional costs (see article 5).

4. Validity and Expiration of Points

Points are credited to your account within 24 hours of purchase and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

5. Products and Services Excluded from the Program

Loyalty points do not apply to:

• Shipping costs (round trip)
• When purchasing gift cards
• Retouching Services
• Other additional costs

6. Membership in the Loyalty Program

Registration for the loyalty program is free and open to all adults.

• To register, simply provide your contact details (surname, first name, email, mobile phone number and date of birth):
• When checking out at Maison Standards points of sale
• When creating an account on the website www.maisonstandards.com
• By registering, the customer automatically accepts these general conditions.

7. Modification or Suspension of the Program

Maison Standards reserves the right to modify or suspend the loyalty program at any time, after notifying customers by email or via the official website.

8. Protection of Personal Data

Information collected through the loyalty program is used exclusively by Maison Standards in accordance with its current privacy policy .

9. Acceptance of the General Conditions

By participating in the loyalty program, the customer unreservedly accepts these general conditions.

11. Fraudulent Use of the Card

Any breach of these general conditions, any fraudulent use by the member or by a third party acting on behalf of the member will automatically result in the deactivation of the loyalty account.

After verification and in the event of proof of fraudulent or abusive acquisition of points or violation of these general conditions, the points concerned will be canceled without any compensation .
